All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact us before a product is returned. We do not accept returns on any used/installed items. Inspect all items before install or use. If there are any concerns regarding an item you have received contact us through our contact page. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and will be charged a 35% restocking fee unless you received a wrong or defective item.  Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee at the discretion of Brantley Performance.
All tune sales are final . No refunds will be issued once a tune has been loaded.  Any simple retunes will be $50. If a whole new tune is required you will be charged the full amount for  a new tune.
